About Me and My Practice
Expert in V 2004 -12. To better serve clients of our firm, we can remotely access your computer via inet while on the phone or display QB on a large screen TV here for "Quickbooks Help". We can also host QB "on the Cloud" so you can access the full program from home, work, your iPhone etc. See services for pricing. We use our own fast & free remote access. Our clients regularly retain us to address isolated QB problems and they send in their newly hired bookkeepers for training. Payroll services offerred. We prefer to review/adjust each client's bookkeeping at least 2-4 times each year and discuss with the client what the numbers indicate and how to utilize the financial information to effectively and efficiently grow/manage cash flow. We also discuss with the client any emerging tax liability/issues. We evaluate whether tax payments remitted thus far are adequate and work with the client on strategic tax planning, if necessary, while there is still time to act before the year ends.
