Like an old fashioned doctor, I make house calls to fix your accounting and bookkeeping problems, review your company file, or help teach you. I provide one-on-one, personalized QuickBooks or Quicken tutoring, training, instruction, support, help, seminars, & classes in Windows or Mac at your place and provide the software at a discount. Why be bored in a class going at the slowest person's pace or fight traffic when I will come to you?
I can help you set up, check, fix or repair your chart of accounts or financial records to make it easier for your accountant at tax time and for you to use. Learn how to fish (e.g., do it yourself) so you can sleep at night. Learn how to produce financial reports that tell you how your business is really doing (or not).

Services Provided:I support QuickBooks Simple Start, Pro, Premier (Contractor, Manufacturing & Wholesaling, Nonprofit, Retail and Professional Services Editions 1999-present, QuickBooks for Mac 2005-present, all Online versions (not recommended, ask me why), QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions V6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, and some 3rd party applications, Point of Sale 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10, Standard or Basic(formerly Do-It-Yourself), Enhanced, & Assisted Payroll, Quicken, TurboTax, credit card processing, and converting Money to Quicken or Quicken, Peachtree, or MS Office Accounting to Quick Books. In my personalized onsite, one on one accounting and bookkeeping oriented classes, seminars, instruction, training, tutoring, support, or help, I show clients how to properly set up their books and cover the basics & specific tips to improve the functionality of the program such as recalling the last transaction to save data input time. As an Intuit Solution Provider, I provide the above software to my clients at a discount or with free support hours. |

My Clients:About 1/3rd of my clients have me set up their new business or start up books, particularly when they need to track their income for paying the proper WA B&O tax or collect the correct amount of sales tax under the new destination sales tax rules. Another 1/3rd ask me to review the company file that other accountants or bookkeepers have set up for them and to fix changes that they have made or recommend improvements. The final third are folks who want to learn how to use the accounting or bookkeeping software more effectively and want one on one training on site. Common requests are for payroll, inventory, or credit card processing, point of sale, advanced user restrictions in Enterprise, and creating proper financial reports. Some clients have used my Intuit Solution Provider status to obtain software at a discount and utilize my Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor status including POS and Enterprise certification for any problems they may run into after installation of their software. |
