- Intuit's Accountant Work Exchange (AWE) is the best place for understaffed accounting professionals to find and qualify accounting and tax help, and where accounting professionals looking for work can find it.
  Accountants who need help can post jobs and immediately see matches against the criteria they picked, and they can receive applications from others.
  Accountants who want more work can create and advertise their profile on the site, and can search for and apply for jobs that have been posted.
Is the site for contract arrangements or employment arrangements?
- Both. The posting process lets accountants ask for employees or contractors.
Does it cost anything to join?
- AWE is currently free—it costs nothing to register, to post a job, to apply for a job, or to communicate with other registered members.

- Intuit is happy to provide a forum for professionals to find and work with each other. We hope this will help people who have way too much work as well as people who are looking for work - two very big, important problems in our industry. Of course, people who may be misrepresenting their backgrounds or skill sets are responsible for their own inaccuracies and Intuit cannot be held responsible if that occurs.
  
  Accountants who do find each other using AWE are free to decide between themselves how they will work together—whether or not they require personnel to come to their office, how and when they will get paid, and so forth.

- It's easy: professionals can browse for work by clicking on "Find Jobs" in the main menu at the top of the screen.
How do I find help using the AWE site?
- It's easy: accountants looking for help can either:
  - Post a job by clicking on the large green "Post a Job" button
  - Create the posting and pick the criteria you really value and need (geography, certifications, software knowledge, and others)
  - View the profiles that match your criteria after you have posted, and contact them directly
  - Receive applications from others who feel they are qualified to help you
How do I know when someone is interested in a job I've posted?
- As soon as someone applies for work you have posted, you will receive an auto-e-mail notification from the applicant, and you'll be able to view their information.
How do I know if someone has accepted my application?
- The party receiving the application will get an auto-notification via e-mail letting them know you applied; they can then view your information and let you know if they have accepted your application or not.
