Best if your client prefers to handle their own payroll tax filings, wants to pay and file electronically, needs state forms, or needs other tools such as Workers' Compensation tracking.

Your clients can easily manage their own payroll within QuickBooks financial software (requires QuickBooks 2007or higher). Enhanced Payroll automatically calculates earnings, payroll taxes and deductions with just a few clicks. Your clients then simply print the paychecks or use Direct Deposit (additional fees apply). Enhanced Payroll also pre-populates the latest federal and most state tax forms–your clients just print, sign & mail. Or, they can file and pay federal and state payroll taxes electronically with E-File & Pay at no extra cost. 1

**Discount expires July 31st, 2009 and is valid for new QuickBooks Payroll subscribers only. Subscribers to Enhanced Payroll for up to 3 employees/unlimited employees will receive a 30% discount on their Customer Fees for their first year of service. After the first year, customers are responsible for the then current rate of their respective service. Customer Fees exclude Direct Deposit and any additional optional service fees.
