Intuit® QuickBooks® Basic Payroll

Best if your client needs a basic payroll solution – and wants to fill out their tax forms themselves to save money, or have their accountant prepare and file forms for them.

Your clients can easily pay employees from within their QuickBooks financial software (Requires QuickBooks 2006 or newer). Basic Payroll automatically calculates earnings, payroll taxes and deductions with just a few clicks. Your clients then simply print the paychecks or use Direct Deposit (additional fees apply). Although Basic Payroll does not include tax forms, clients can easily share data with you for help with tax filings.
