Q: How do I have my data converted to ProLine Tax Online Edition?

Q: Why were some of my files not converted?
Most often, the files were bad or corrupt, missing critical data to the process, password-protected, or locked. These files can be corrected for those issues that apply, and resubmitted. Please re-send only those unconverted files back to Intuit.

- Intuit does not share your user name and password with anyone.

- The data will be stored on secure Intuit servers so you have access to it at anytime from anywhere. It's stored on firewall protected, redundant servers so your data is safe from hardware and software failures, hackers and viruses.

- What are the system requirements and recommendations for ProLine Tax Online Edition?
- We recommend a high-speed Internet connection, such as DSL or cable modem. You are welcome to try a slower connection, but it will take you a bit longer to get things done. ProLine Tax Online Edition is compatible with all versions of the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. We also recommend Adobe Flash 8.0 or higher.
- Can my clients or partners access returns in ProLine Tax Online Edition?
- For this year, each user of the application must create their own account to access the program. Since each account is a separate account, data and application settings are not shared across accounts. However, multiple preparers can e-file returns with a single EFIN number if multiple accounts are setup with the same EFIN number.
- Will I need an EFIN in order to use ProLine Tax Online Edition?
- Yes. If you choose to file electronically, you will need an EFIN.
- I'm currently a TurboTax user, can I quickly transfer my client data into ProLine Tax Online?
