Requires a merchant account through Intuit Merchant Service for QuickBooks, provided by Intuit Payment Solutions. Application approval, an Internet connection on a Windows PC and at least Internet Explorer 5.0 required. QuickBooks Financial Software is not required to process credit card payments through an online store with Intuit Merchant Service for QuickBooks. Not compatible with QuickBooks Pro for Mac or QuickBooks Online Edition. Download of credit card payments into QuickBooks, requires QuickBooks 2008 Pro, Premier or Enterprise 8.0 or higher or Simple Start or higher. Only certain web stores support QuickBooks integration. Integration varies by web store provider. Check with web store provider for availability. Transaction fees apply. Additional discounted monthly eCommerce fee applies when combining Intuit Merchant Service for Web Stores with Intuit Merchant Service for QuickBooks. Intuit Merchant Service for Web Stores may be purchased independently. Additional fees apply when accepting cards other than Visa, MasterCard and Discover® Network, including American Express and Diners Club Cards. Transactions are subject to Association guidelines. 3 Special pricing is available for a limited time only and is valid for ProAdvisors, Accountants and clients of ProAdvisors and Accountants only. Monthly fees are waived for the first three months which begins at first billing cycle. After the first three months, your account will be automatically billed at the then current rates for the monthly fee. Transaction fees and discount rates apply.
4 Qualified Rate of 1.61% will be charged on all qualified Visa/MC/Discover® Network transactions that are electronically authorized. Manually keyed Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that have AVS will be charged a Mid-Qualified Rate of 2.20%. All Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that do not meet the requirements stated above, business cards, foreign cards and transactions that do not meet Visa/MC/Discover Network requirements for the best interchange program will be charged a Non-Qualified Rate of 3.35%. Different discount rates may apply for American Express and JCB cards.
