Application approval required. Fees apply. Requires QuickBooks POS Gift Card Service gift cards (sold separately), Internet connection or modem and phone line.   3. Based on a study of Point of Sale Merchant Service usage in 2008-2009. The average fees for a PIN Debit transaction are .75% of the charge amount, plus $.31 authorization fee per transaction. Credit Card fees depend on the type of card and other factors, but start at 1.7% of the charge amount, plus $.21 authorization fee per transaction.   4. Qualified Rate of 1.70% will be charged on qualified swiped Visa/MasterCard/Discover Network transactions that are electronically authorized. Mid-Qualified Rate of 2.72% will be charged on all qualified manually keyed Visa/MasterCard/Discover Network transactions that have Address Verification System (AVS). All Visa/MasterCard/Discover Network transactions that do not meet the requirements stated above, business cards, foreign cards and transactions that do not meet Visa/MasterCard/Discover Network requirements for the best interchange program will be charged a "Non-Qualified Rate" of 3.57%. Different discount rates for American Express and JCB may apply.
  5. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of artwork approval for your gift card to ship. Between October and December, due to the high demand for the holiday season, not all orders may be expedited and delivery times may vary.
  6. Special pricing is available for a limited time only and is valid for ProAdvisors, Accountants and clients of ProAdvisors and Accountants only. Monthly and monthly minimum fees are waived for the first three months which begins at first billing cycle. After the first three months, your account will be automatically billed at the then current rates for the monthly fee and the monthly minimum fee. Transaction fees and discount rates apply.
