Stimulus Grants
To help stimulate the economy to create new businesses, new
jobs, and new clients, Intuit is offering ten "Stimulus Grants" to
help accounting professionals start new firms and to help existing
firms to expand their practices.
As part of our "Power to Get More Done" campaign to support accounting
professionals, we will be awarding grants of $10,000 — plus $10,000 in
products and services — to ten deserving firms from May through July 2009.
Helping Intuit Give Away $200,000 in Stimulus Grants
Accounting professionals play an important role in the Power to Get More Done Stimulus Grant
initiative. The National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National
Association of Tax Professionals co-sponsor the grant program and are working with Intuit to spread the word
about the availability of the stimulus grants. A representative from each group will also sit on the
panel of judges that will determine the 10 stimulus grant winners.
