Ordering Online.We provide you the opportunity to order business supplies, such as checks, forms, and stationery online. When ordering online, we provide you the option to create an account. When creating an account or when placing an order, we request certain information, such as the following:

• Your contact information -- name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address;
• Shipping information -- where you would like your order shipped;
• Billing information -- how you would like to pay for your purchases;
• Product information -- which Intuit software you currently use and your printer type.

We use this information to fulfill your order and to confirm that the order has been processed and shipped. We ask you for an e-mail address and password so that you may update your account information, add authorized users to your account, check on your order status or order history online, order checks, or save your shopping cart contents for checkout at a later time. When placing an order, we record your shipping address so that when you return for another purchase, you will only need to re-enter your e-mail address, password, and billing information.

When adding authorized users to your account we ask you to provide the name, e-mail address, and password for the user and to specify what products the user does not have access to. The e-mail address you provide will be used to send an e-mail confirmation to the user.

Professional Advisors.The QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program provides accounting professionals with the information, tools and resources to effectively support QuickBooks users. As an element of this program, we provide our registered ProAdvisors e-mail newsletters and e-mail product information alerts. In addition, we offer our Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors the option to register their names and contact information, and to provide information about services that they offer. This information is available in an online directory for visitors to our Web site.
