A: Intuit Online Account is your universal account profile for most Intuit sites. It allows you to access to multiple Intuit websites and applications with the same username and password.

Q: Why are we merging your ProAdvisor Account with an Intuit Online Account?
A: In order to add features like Accountant eCommerce and to give you functionality currently available within an Intuit Online Account we are merging your ProAdvisor Account with an Intuit Online Account. As we add additional functionality across Intuit to the increasing number of Intuit sites that use a common account, those features will automatically be part of your Intuit Online Account.

Q: How do I merge my ProAdvisor Membership with my Intuit Online Account?
A: Merging your accounts is a simple 2 step process that you only do once.
Step 1 - Sign in using your Intuit Online Account. If you do not have one you will need to create a new Intuit Online Account. See How do I know if I have an Intuit Online Account?
Step 2 – Link your ProAdvisor Membership by signing in with your email address and old ProAdvisor password.
Congratulations, you’re done! – Some users may need to answer a security question if they have not set one up previously!

A: Yes you can. If you don’t have an Intuit Online Account, you can create one with your email address as your username. If you already have an Intuit Online Account, you can edit your profile and change your username once you have completed logging into the ProAdvisor Member Website
